All general members (whose dues are paid for the current year) are invited to take advantage of
this, our  primary web site.  Members who currently are on this site who do not pay their annual dues
for 2006-2007 on or before May 31st (2006) will have all existing links and pages deactivated.

If anyone has photos of members of the group painting on location or participating in PAPJC events,
please follow the  directions below for sending photos to the PAPJC.

All general members of the PAPJC are entitiled to have one personal webpage   on
this, our  PAPJC master site.

We will include some or all of the following (your choice) on each member's page:

A small photograph of you (the artist - member)

A biography or artist statement of 100 words or less. Anything larger will be SEVERLY
EDITIED!  PLEASE- be sure to proofread what you submit!

At this time, we will be able to include four photos of your
PLEIN AIR paintings on your personal
page. Please include painting titles, where the work was painted, unframed sizes, and
medium (media) in your written information.

We can also include your personal e-mail address and/or a link to your own art web site if you
              wish.

If you do not have a computer, we can direct inquiries  about you to the PAPJC or publish
your phone number (the latter is NOT recommended).

ALL contents will be presented in the same design layout as the rest of the site.

All photos and other personal information will be considered approved by the artist when submitted
for publishing on the PAPJC website.

You can send your biographical/artist statement information in the body of an e-mail or as an
attachment (using Microsoft Word, Apple/Clarisworks, or a plain text file) to an e-mail letter. Your
work can be digitally photographed OR scanned from a  good photo.
Don't photograph your work under glass!
A JPEG file is the best format for this, but we can work with TIFF, PICT, or PSD documents.   If you
know how, try to have your photo file approximately  4"x6" (not smaller!!)  and 72 - 300 ppi.  Nessa
Morse can adjust your photo/file sizes, but having them prepared in advance would be a great help.
Your photo files should also be attached to your e-mail letter.  Send your information and
attachments via e-mail to Nessa at:
thepapjc@yahoo.com    OR     nessa@pleinairjerseycoast.com

If you have a web site of you own, the PAPJC would truly appreciate a link to our site!  If you are
willing to add a link, you may use EITHER URL:

  www.pleinairjerseycoast.com  OR  www.thepapjc.com.

                                              THANK YOU!
If you don't know how to do anything listed above, ask Nessa Morse for help.
If you need advice about how to photograph your work,  contact Nessa.
Nessa can be e-mailed at
Nessa@pleinairjerseycoast.com

If you haven't a clue what any of this means, you may snail mail  your information and photos of your  work to Nessa.
Include a SASE for their return and DO label the backs of your photos (in pencil) with your name, the date painted, the place,
title, medium, size,  and/or  other pertinent information. If you would prefer to include a  numbered list of the required
information, please do so. Just remember to write the number on the back of your photos. Ask her for her snail mail address if
you need it.
