the PAPJC's FIFTH Annual Summer Show- 2008 "A Breath of Fresh Air" is now on display at Guild of Creative Art in 620 Broad Street, Shrewsbury, 07702 732-741- 1441 The show will be presented from July 12th through September 3rd A small reception will be held on Sunday, August 3rd from 3-5 p.m. |
For ALL Paid Members:
We are working on a members' catalogue and trying to get it ready for in the next
two weeks (whether you are in the show or not ). It will be used at the show and at
other venues we participate in. While you are waiting for the list of needed
information - please find or prepare a 5x7 , 300 DPI jpeg of a favorite plein air
piece you have painted. (Perhaps you have a copy of something you turned in
from your Table Top Book entries) You will be sending this to Eleinne Basa.
AS SOON as we know more info it will be sent to you and posted on the website.
If you do not check your e-mail or the website and miss the deadlines, you will
miss out.

| If you sell a painting and it is removed during the show, you may replace it with a similar plein air piece. BE SURE to register the new piece. You can use the same form(s) you used to register you original paintings. They can be found in the PAPJC folder in the filing cabinet near Vicky's desk. Please leave the filled in form in the same folder when you complete it. |
